Privacy policy

Effective 29 September 2026. This policy covers the game Idle Blacksmith: Mythic Forge on the web and in the Android app.

Who we are

Mythic Forge is published by the developer reachable at netspens@gmail.com.

What stays on the device

The game stores your forge on the device: gold, gems, Anvil Shards, crafting lines, hammer ranks, class, relics, orders, settings such as sound and haptics, and the time you last played. That copy is what lets the forge run offline. It stays in local storage until you erase the forge or clear the site data.

Account

An account is optional. You can play without one.

• Guest. Firebase Authentication creates a random id. We do not receive your name or email.
• Google. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address and name Google shares for that account, plus a user id. Settings shows the email so you can see which account is signed in.

We use the account only to keep your forge and settings under that id. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cloud save

When you are signed in, a copy of the same forge is stored in Cloud Firestore under your user id. The device remains the copy you play. The cloud copy is there when you open the game on another phone with the same account.

The game signs you in as a guest on its own. Sign in with Google to keep that forge on another phone. Sign out of Google leaves that Google backup in place and returns this device to a guest backup. Erase Forge resets the device and deletes the cloud copy for the signed-in guest or Google account.

Ads

Rewarded placements are optional: a bellows boost, a shipment, a slag double, and a relic doubler. They use Google ads. The boost is granted only after the ad is viewed. If no ad is available, the forge continues without the boost. A separate one-time purchase on Google Play, product remove_ads, turns off forced breaks. That purchase does not turn off optional rewarded boosts. Google Play processes the payment. We store only that the forge has ads removed. Google may receive an advertising identifier, IP address, and coarse device data under Google’s privacy policy. The game does not sell that data.

Sharing

Google Firebase processes sign-in and the cloud save as our service provider. Google processes Google sign-in and, when ads are enabled, AdMob. We do not sell personal information. We share it if the law requires it.

Children

Mythic Forge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child gave us an account, email us and we will delete it.

Retention

The device copy lasts until you erase it or clear site data. The cloud copy lasts until you erase the forge while signed in, or until you ask us to delete the account from the account deletion page or by email at netspens@gmail.com.

Your choices

• Play without an account. Progress stays on the device.
• Sign out of Google from Settings. This device goes back to a guest backup.
• Erase the forge from Settings.
• Ask us to delete the account by email, or use the account deletion page.
